This review provides everything you need to know about a stay at the Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas.
The Brisbane Travel Guide acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which Peppers Noosa is located – the Kabi Kabi and Gubbi Gubbi people. We pay our respects to their Elders, past, present and emerging, and recognise their continued spiritual and cultural connections to Country. Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
Peppers Noosa Resort and Villas is a luxury resort located in Noosa Heads on the Sunshine Coast. The five resort has 198 rooms across multiple buildings and is nestled in a peaceful and serene environment, surrounded by the Noosa National Park, overlooking the Noosa River.
We recently had the privilege of spending a few days at Peppers Resort Noosa and enjoying all the wonderful facilities the property offers. In this Peppers Noosa review, we share our thoughts on the property so that you can decide if it’s the perfect location for your next trip to Noosa.

PEPPERS NOOSA REVIEW
Below we cover all you need to know about the Noosa Peppers Resort – including location, accommodation options, facilities and dining options.
Peppers Noosa Resort and Villas Location
Peppers Noosa Villas are situated a short walk from the top of Hastings Street – between Viewland Drive and Saville Terrance. The property slopes up from Saville Terrance towards Viewland Drive so that rooms on the higher levels have views out across the Noosa River and the ocean.
From the resort, it is about a 10 minute walk to the top of Hastings Street – just behind the Surf Life Saving Club. This is an excellent spot for reaching all the restaurants, cafes and shops as well as Noosa Main Beach. You’re also just a short 15 minute walk to Little Cove Beach – my favourite beach in Noosa.
Given the slope of the resort’s land, it is a slight incline when walking back. However, we did this multiple times a day, every day, without any problems. The walk is short and the slope is gradual.
For those with mobility issues or super hot days when you just can’t bear the thought of walking, the resort offers buggy services back and forth from 8 am to 10 pm each day. Outside the reception area, there is a sign with the buggy driver’s mobile number – so just pop this in your phone to make arrangements.
Peppers Noosa Accommodation Options
The resort offers a range of accommodations, including studios, apartments, and villas.
All accommodation options are spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities such as air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, free wifi and private balconies or terraces. Free on site parking is also available.
Studios
Studios can accommodate up to 3 people, with a king bed and an additional bed available on request.
The rooms are extremely spacious at 40m² and come with a small sitting area and a kitchenette featuring tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge and a microwave.
All studios have an outdoor patio complete with table and chairs.
Apartments
For those wanting a little more space, the apartments are perfect. There is the choice of one, two or three bedroom apartments – we stayed in a one bedroom apartment, which we found extremely spacious for two people.
One bedroom apartments can sleep up to two people (king bed with the option of one additional bed), two bedroom apartments can sleep up to five people (king bed and two singles with the option of one additional bed), while the three bedroom apartments can sleep up to seven people (with two king beds, two single beds and the option of one additional bed).
The one and two bedroom apartments have a kitchenette featuring tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. In addition, they have a small lounge area, laundry and patio complete with a table and chairs.
The three bedroom apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining area and lounge and a spacious patio with table and chairs. These apartments also feature two bathrooms and a laundry.
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment during our stay and found it more than comfortable. We were able to prepare our own meals throughout our stay, enjoying our meals on the patio while listening to the birds. The bedroom was spacious, with more space than we needed and the bathroom was also massive for two people.
The only negative I’d mention is the small fridge means you won’t be able to fit in all your drinks at once – but we just restocked each day.
Villas
For families or groups of friends wanting plenty of space, the stunning villas are certainly the way to go. Villas come in a range of configurations, including two bedrooms (sleeping five people), three bedrooms (sleeping seven people), four bedrooms (sleeping up to ten people) and even five bedrooms (sleeping up to eleven people).
Villas are multi level and situated high on the property, and offer beautiful views of the ocean and national park. They also have spacious kitchens, dining areas, lounges and spacious patios. Most villas also have multiple bathrooms and laundry.
Peppers Noosa Restaurant and Other Dining Options
The resort has several dining options, including a restaurant, bar and poolside cafe.
View Restaurant
The resort has one restaurant – View Restaurant, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Head chef Andrew Wilcox (a third generation Noosa local) has designed a menu with a focus on seasonal, locally-sourced produce.
A breakfast buffet is served daily from 7 am to 10 am at the rate of $34 per person. The buffet rotates daily so that you won’t be bored with the same old everyday. Expect the usual resort buffet with eggs, bacon, cereal, yoghurts and pastries.
Lunch is a la carte and served daily from 12 pm to 2.30 pm. Meals include a range of salads, burgers, pasta, chicken and pork priced from $20 to $35. The lunch special is a reasonably good deal – for $45, you’ll get a starter, a main and a glass of wine.

Dinner is also a la carte and served Tuesday to Saturday from 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm. The dinner menu is similar to the lunch menu, with a few variations, including angus sirloin.

For families, there is also a special kids’ menu for lunch or dinner. For $20 they get a main meal such as chicken tenders, pasta or a burger with a dessert and a drink.

View Bar
Just by the View Restaurant, you’ll find the View Bar – with a lovely outlook over the National Park and out to sea.
Between 4.30 pm to 6 pm is the best time to head to the bar as this is happy hour with a good range of drinks available from just $7.
There is also a good bar snacks menu which includes things like fries, cheese platter, burgers and calamari with prices from $12. The bar menu is available daily from 12pm.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon, the View Bar has live music.
Pool Bar
For those staying Friday to Sunday – the Pool Bar is also open from 12 pm to 4 pm. This is the perfect place to come for some lunch or drinks.
The pool menu is very similar to the lunch menu above
Room Service
Room service is also available between 7 am to 10 am for breakfast and 12 pm to 9 pm for lunch and dinner.

Peppers Noosa Facilities
Guests at Peppers Noosa Resort can enjoy a range of facilities and activities.
Pool
The resort has a lovely lagoon style pool – although, given the resort’s size, it is on the small size. Having said that, we stayed over a very busy period and there was always enough room for everyone – although not rough sun loungers or chairs.
I understand guest staying in one of the deluxe villas have exclusive access to the Brookes pool – which is high above the resort with amazing views. Unfortunately, we didn’t have access to this pool as paying apartment guests.
Stephanies Ocean Day Spa
There is a day spa at the resort open daily and offering a range of treatments. From massages to facials or even a session in the floatation pool – there is something for everyone here.
You visit solo, go with a few friends in the triple suite or have some romantic time in the couple’s suite.
You can see their treatment menu here.
Gym
Unfortunately, we didn’t check out the gym, but we saw it while heading to the pool. The gym is right by the pool, so it’s perfect for combining a workout with a swim.
There is a steam room here too.
Kids Holiday Program
If you happen to stay over a holiday period with the kids, you’ll be pleased to know there are a range of activities for them to participate in.
Activities include things like a circus workshop, crafts, games and more.
Who is Peppers Noosa For?
Peppers Noosa is a great resort for anyone – whether that be couples, friends or families who want to be within walking distance to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach – yet have your own little oasis to return to each day.
There isn’t a lot to do at Peppers Noosa and the resort pool is fairly small – however, no doubt most people will be out exploring the Noosa surroundings during the day.
While there are many restaurants and cafes within an easy walk, for those wanting to stay in, you’ve got the convenience of the Peppers View Restaurant onsite, room service or, for those staying in an apartment or villa, the ability to self cater.
BOOK NOW
We booked our stay through Booking.com as we like the flexibility this provides with their book now, pay later and the free cancellation.
