- A one-on-one hour call with me, Melissa Delaware, founder of both The Brisbane Travel Guide and The Queensland Travel Guide. Not only have I lived in Brisbane my entire life, I’ve also travelled the Queensland extensively so I can help you plan a trip tailored to your personal interests, timeframe and budget. During this call, we will discuss and fine-tune your proposed itinerary to ensure it meets your unique needs.
- A personalised, detailed day-to-day itinerary (in the form of a Google Sheet) customised by me, so you don’t have to spend hours and hours planning.
- Recommendations for places to visit, attractions and activities based on your interests.
- Accommodation suggestions suitable for unique requirements.

How the one-on-one itinerary consultation service works
Step 1: Complete the itinerary consultation questionnaire
Once you book your consultation, you’ll receive the itinerary consultation questionnaire, which you’ll complete to help me better understand your travel preferences, interests, and needs.
Step 2: Receive a detailed, day-by-day itinerary
Once I receive your completed itinerary consultation questionnaire, I’ll prepare a detailed, editable Google Sheet with a customised day-by-day itinerary complete with suggested activities, accommodation and transportation.
You’ll also receive links so you can make the required bookings with just one simple click.
Step 3: One-on-one itinerary consultation
We will then arrange a suitable time for our one-hour online call. During this call, we will carefully review and refine the itinerary and make adjustments as needed to ensure it is perfect for you.
Step 4: Review and refine
After the one-on-one itinerary consultation, you’ll receive an updated itinerary, which you can edit as required and use to seamlessly book all your Queensland accommodation, activities, and transport.

Basic Package $49 AUD:

- Excludes one-on-one consultation
Standard Package $99 AUD:
- A comprehensive day-by-day itinerary customised to your interests and needs, which includes suggested activities, accommodation and transportation
- A one hour one-on-one consultation reviewing the itinerary and discussing changes to better suit your interests and needs
- A revised day-by-day itinerary based on the one one-on-one consultation
- Links to all suggestions to making booking everything simple and easy
Premium Package: $200 AUD:
- A comprehensive day-by-day itinerary customised to your interests and needs, which includes suggested activities, accommodation and transportation
- A one hour one-on-one consultation reviewing the itinerary and discussing changes to better suit your interests and needs
- A revised day-by-day itinerary based on the one-on-one consultation

- Unlimited advice via email during the four week period after the one-on-one consultation to perfect the ideal itinerary

Huge thank you to Melissa for planning our family holiday to the Gold Coast! We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 2, and Melissa nailed our itinerary and accommodation! What’s not included?
While I can suggest accommodation and activities and recommend what transport to use to get around, I can not make any bookings on your behalf as I am not a travel agent. However, I will provide links where you can make the bookings yourself.
After the consultation, unless you’ve booked the Premium Package, I am not able to provide unlimited advice. However, I will assist where I can, and you can also ask for further assistance in the Queensland Travel Guide Facebook group.
Other Terms and Conditions
Payment is required in advance.
Payment can be made in a range of currencies. Please note that all currencies listed above are in AUD. If you wish to pay in another currency, I will advise you of the amount prior to making the payment.
Refunds are not offered, however if you need to change your appointment time and 24 hours notice is provided, we can reschedule to another suitable time.
